Figure skating is not a sport. I mean that honestly. Really. It isn’t. It’s a great show of human accomplishment, but it’s not a sport. Oh sure, it might have been one at one point, but that classification dissolved once they imposed a few questionable requisites to the pastime, namely: costumes, music, and smiling.
