Don’t Be Stupid; Do Your Work

10 May 2007

Finals week is upon us, and this year (unlike the previous year), you will not be hearing much from me. This happens to be the most stressful and arduous finals week ever for me, and the blog will have to take a back seat for the time being while I ruminate God, the Turing Test, Fedora, ontologies, moral progress, Stravinsky, and the Dies Irae Gregorian plainchant. In a way, having all this work at the very end of my senior year could eventually make graduation the momentous occasion it’s supposed to be, as it’s turning out to be a really arduous and yet noble campaign to fulfill my intrinsic nature as a student of this university, where people are allegedly supposed to work hard… and then play harder.

The latter condition will, of course, be satisfied during senior week.
