Summer Stuff

12 June 2007

The weather in Boston is not so awesome right now. It is overcast and slightly humid. I’m pretty sure that when this terrible overcast-ness and lack of sunlight are gone, muggy and sultry conditions will inevitably take their place. I have no air conditioning in my apartment this year, but I am young (22 is young and you damn well know it) and am usually able to cope with extremes in weather. I also have a fan. Ultimately, it will be a harsh, unpleasant summer, but I have a father who always taught me (implicitly) to not be a pansy about anything. So here’s to you, dad.

Oh, crap, it’s Father’s Day soon, isn’t it?

Anyway, I’m just here to let you know that I’m redesigning this website again… and that I have a ticket to go see the US National Team play El Salvador tonight.

hi alex! hope summer’s going well. I’m so jealous that you get to be in Boston. I’d KILL to be relocated there. =( Anyway, hope you’re having a great time and enjoying the terrific boston seafood and awesome shopping on Mulberry St.

Thanks, Lily! Sorry, but where are you again? Boston’s ok; haven’t really been hit by the heat just yet.

As for seafood… well, I went to Legal Sea Foods, and it was ok. Much cooler was going to the Cape twice in one week and snacking on fish and chips by the water. Keep in touch!

Did you permanently remove the Babblebox (or whatever it was called)?

Yeah, the Babblebox is gone. Maybe I’ll bring it back someday, but for now, my Facebook Wall will have to do.

When are you going to be moving back? I may need a place to stay for 2-3 days while I look for an apartment~~

I’ll probably be back around the 15th, maybe a little earlier. When will you need to stay?
